Job description
- You unburden the procurement officer by ensuring administrative tasks run smoothly throughout the procurement process
- You will process, check and confirm purchase orders in a timely manner and incorporate them into the system
- You are responsible for carrying out purchase administration and order follow-up
- You check the status of current orders and keep the buyers informed about it
- You create new items and take care of stock management
Profile
- You have a Bachelor Office management or equivalent through experience
- You are an administrative talent who likes to put things in order and work accurately
- You are communicative
- You are fluent with the MS Office package
- You will move between our locations Verrebroek and Rijkevorsel
